- 01 Sit at the machine, place your feet on the platform and take the handle with your arms extended.
- 02 Sit tall with a small natural arch in your lower back and your knees slightly bent.
- 03 Brace your core, then pull the handle to your lower ribs by driving your elbows straight back.
- 04 Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull and hold briefly.
- 05 Extend your arms under control, letting your shoulder blades travel forward without rounding your lower back.
- 06 Keep your torso still — do not rock back and forth to move the weight.
