How to perform it
- 01 Start in a high plank position with your hands on the handles of two dumbbells placed shoulder-width apart.
- 02 Set your feet wider than hip-width for balance, and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 03 Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your hips level.
- 04 Shift your weight slightly to one side and row the opposite dumbbell toward your ribs.
- 05 Keep your elbow close to your body as you lift the weight.
- 06 Lower the dumbbell back to the floor with control.
- 07 Shift your weight to the other side and repeat the row on the opposite arm.
- 08 Keep your shoulders square, avoid twisting your torso, and move slowly and smoothly.
- 09 Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
