How to perform it
- 01 Set your hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulder-width, fingers pointing forward.
- 02 Extend your legs behind you, feet together, so your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
- 03 Brace your abs and glutes to lock that line in before you move.
- 04 Bend your elbows to about 45 degrees from your torso and lower until your chest is just above the floor.
- 05 Press the floor away and return to the top without letting your hips sag or rise.
- 06 Keep your head in line with your spine — do not lead with your chin.
